We will not capture your address information for the purpose of creating a commercial asset for the Houston Council of the Blind. We will not sell or trade address information to anyone. We will not share address information with anyone, except in the case where you instruct us to forward your email address to someone you may designate.

If you contact us by email, your return address will not be used for any purpose other than to correspond with you. We will not place cookies on your machine, and we will not use "web beacons," "web bugs," or "pop-ups" on this site. GCB Link Mobile App

The GCB Link app (Android version) uses background location to track your device’s current location. This information is used for the features of the app that helps users find a nearby chapter or affliate. The background location will still be active even if the app is closed. The user see a prominent disclosure within the app asking if the user whether or not to allow the "backgorund location" permission.
